How much to ghost feed?

I just got my 100 gallon up and running a couple of days ago. I put some Fritz Turbostart in and the LFS told me to ghost feed for a week. Question is how much do I put in there daily? I have the frozen mysis shrimp cubes. Thank you in advance.

I wouldn't ghost feed. Just add ammonia directly. Dr Tims sells ammonia and tells you how much to dose. That way, you are starting out with a known quantity.

If you ghost feed, you have to wait for the bacteria to break the food down into ammonia first. Why not just skip that step?

honestly I’m not sure. Was just following what they told me. It’s only been running since Wednesday
