Hydra 26 mount question

My mounting arm looks like it can only mount long? Any idea if there is a way with this mount to turn the light?

It looks like you have the ReadSea version of the Hydra mount. It took some digging but I found this pretty detailed video on the YouTubes for you. I just hope that you have all of the peices.
