Hydroids on clam shell?

Pretty sure these are hydroids, but what kind and any treatment? Thanks!

Branching hydroids, not super invasive but they can spread a bit if they want, similarly hard to kill as the others. Maybe try doing less broadcast feeding /clearer water to see if they starve if you want them gone, before you go for more hardcore methods.
 
Squirting some vinegar on them helps make them move, if they aren't pestering anybody, leave them alone because they could move close to something that gets bothered by them.Decrease feeding, they are carnivore.
 
I would take the clam out and scrub the shell with tooth brush and tank water in separate container.
