A couple things to consider..

I have had better luck making updates on the web app instead of on the mobile app. Also, did you close and restart the app after you downloaded 263?

Let's see if we can get some additional help...

I don’t know about the gyres stopping. That has to be a setting. Would not have anything to do with the firmware update as far as I’ve ever experienced. Is something caught in the gyre? Like when a snail gets caught in my OctoPulse pump, it goes red and stops.

Do you have Fios or Comcast? There is an issue that is currently affecting people with those providers that cannot download the updated firmware. If you put in a ticket CV can back door the firmware update to your devices.

Also, configuration stale happens when you change something in Hydros from one device but have the app open on another device that has not had the change take effect.

both of my gryes 3k/4k are just just barely moveing so nothing stuck..im going to inspect today.

no to comcast or fios for an internet provider.

i did use the web app one day and created a schedule and remember that my phone app failed to work properly after that.... but that seems like a harm less change.

the down load attempt i took was attempted on both the web app and the phone app. i also deleted the app and reinsatlled it. with no change in proformance.

all i know is my pumps are not responding to ANY change i make, ANYWHERE in the either apps(pwr or speed) and the reboot the device option does nothing when i tap it..

Put in a ticket

Usually using update changes will clear the stale error. That is because the controller and cloud do not agree with each other and will happen if you have the app open on more than one device at the same time. I usually do not leave the app onen on any of my devices. As far as downloading the firmware put in a support ticket with CoralVue. I am not that familiar with the IceCap controllers which appears to be what you have instead of Hydros.

Have you retried the update lately. I think there was an issue with certain ISP's that was causing a download failed issue. It may be fixed now.
