In the left picture I see a lot of green film algae. Normally the cleaning crew and algae eating fishes will take care of that.
In the center I see a chiton. It eats algae and grows. I had 1 until it was 4 inches and it was incredibly strong, moving stones of 10 pounds. It was exteremely difficult to take that out so I suggest to take Yours out before it gets that big.

Longer up I see an anemone. It can be an Aiptasia so search for pictures and take it away if that is correct. It is posiible that it can grow to be a beauty too. just over and little right of the anemone I see something looking like a small grey comb. It is a possibility that it is a nudibranch and that is normally not a problem because they are food specialists and will starve in a tank in a few weeks. Some is eating coral and 1 speces, Bergia is eating Aiptasia.

It looks like You have extremely good live rock. Take a backlight from a bicycle and look in the tank a few hours after dark and You will find a lot of new animals. They come out in the dark and they dont see red light.
