I had a aiptasia break out and got a few peppermint shrimp to take care of it, now I started to notice these little things popping up everywere they are clear and have a neon glow to them as well as a white hard skeleton, any help would be great!!, Thanks

I was going to say ball anemone, but you said it had a skeleton. My next guess would be dendros.
