I really hate sps..... Sometimes

I just hate how one piece of sps can be thriving and the piece right next to it is rtn...... Very aggravating.

Yep, its the nature of the beast. I have been pretty lucky that past 3 years with my SPS system, but if it crashes, I'm going back to leathers and euphyllia.

when this happens to me, it tended to be because the alk was high. above 9.

Did that for a bit. I hate it when my Aussie hammer I’ve had for 2 years suddenly come down with brown jelly and dies.

The massive frogspawn and regular hammer next to it just keep growing though...
Two hammers and a torch have died on the other side of the massive frog spawn.

I still have a frogspawn lineage that I bought 11 years ago. Its been fragged enough to go around, and doenst do a lot of growing in my sps tank but its bullet proof. Ive never had a torch, hammer or frogspawn die now that I think about it.
