How would one program an apex outlet to be on all the time but power off for 20 min every six hours?

I wont code it for you, but look into the OSC commands. If you can't figure it out, I'll write it up for you later on.

This is what I came up with but have not tested!

Fallback ON
OSC 000:00/060:00/300:00
Then OFF

So if I was to assume the outlet should be off from 00:20 to 06:00 then come on for 20 minutes, skip the next 6 hours, then come on at noon for 20 minutes, skip 6 hours, come on for 20 at 6pm, skip next 6 hours, run for 20 minutes at midnight?

Fallback off (assuming you want this off if the EB loses connection to the head unit?)
OSC 0:00/20:00/360:00 Then ON

On at midnight for 20 minutes, then off for the next 6, then on for 20 minutes, etc, etc, etc.
Thats all, plain and simple.

Sorry just reread the OP. lol my bad. This is a PH/pump of some sort I take it that should be a fallback on?

so run all the time and off for 20 every 6 hours?

Just change the "Then ON" to "Then OFF" Simple as that. OSC always starts at midnight regardless of when you input the code. So in this case the pump will be ON at midnight, wait 6 hours, then shut off for 20 minutes, then continue on with that sequence every 6 hours.

Basically:
OSC on/off/on Then OFF
OSC off/on/off Then ON

OSC 000:00/340:00/020:00 Then ON.

Pump/outlet off 20 minutes out of every six hour period.
