ID help on a black shell.

Hey gang,

I've kind of just let this thing run the course of its growth without even knowing what it is. It originally started off almost like a black hole that was near my zoas but now it has extended out quite a bit and zoas are growing on it lol.

Looks like it might be a bivalve.

Just grows in size but has a mouth and some lips

I agree with the above - looks like some kind of bivalve (clams, scallops, oysters, mussels, etc.) to me; harmless filter feeder and a cool hitchhiker.
