Looks like that might be an amphipod. Similar to Gammarus "shrimp", they're primarily scavengers and detritivores, and tasty snacks for many fish.

Amphipod which is reef safe free food for fish and coral. If given phyto regularly will multiply for you easily

So I noticed today while trimming back my chaeto that I have a ton of these in my fuge already. I do dose phyto daily.
