Any ideas someone, this photo is with zoom can't really see it but its their and alive and eating some shrimp , every time i stair at my tank i see something new

I can't see much, but if it's eating your shrimp, I will take a wild shot in the dark and say Eunice (bobbit worm). They will burrow their body under the sand and leave their jaws open. Any unsuspecting meal that comes across doesn't stand a chance. Look those up and let me know if that fits.

It looks more like a Terebellid or Cirratulid worm IMO. Both of which are harmless and a great part of your CUC.
