ID this algae/bacteria please

It’s in my refurgium tank is just finishing cycling
So I figured it’s some kind of bacteria bloom it coated the macros and sand and rocks and walls but then it got stringy and started to look like hair algae so I just want to confirm

it didn’t feel like hair algae it’s super soft like slime still but I would feel better if some one could confirm
And should I ride it out like a normal cycle process or treat it?

I would vacuum it out myself. Might be best to keep the fuge blacked out until the tank has enough life to need one.
