What kind of clownfish is this? Sorry about the bad cell pic but he was a active little guy and this was all i could get before i had him bagged up. His other side had a little larger white middle section that spreads further back towards his tail end.

Are they a more expensive clownfish? Got this little guy for a great deal or atleast to me it was and he had such bright coloration just could not resist

They are typically a little more but this one would just be thrown I. With the regular OC clowns and maybe sold the same. Nice find though and good looking fish. Look them up they are called fancy whites

Hey Davesgt---you have an Amphiprion percula clownfish, sometimes called the "true perc" (I'm not a fan of that name due to all of the confusion it creates :) ).
The one in your picture would be considered a "Semi-Picasso" due to the additional white coloration/pattern on the middle bar.
The Fancy clown is an ocellaris and generally has bright reddish/orange coloration with prononced black outlines on the fins.

You have a grade C picasso, which is also called a semi-picasso. It's a nice specimen. The darker areas on top may darken closer to black in the future.

i only paid $20 for him so i thought it was a good deal all around
