I just placed these 3 anthias and a powder blue in my hospital tank 3 days ago. One of the anthias had this injury or disease on its side 2 days later. Today it was pretty much dead and the injury looks worse.

What does it look like it is? Thanks

looks like bacteria infection.
If it is, then you may want to dose Kanaplex + Metroplex + Furan 2 all together.

I currently have cupramine dosed. Should I put carbon and wait, then dose? I have prazipro on hand

For my QT protocol I always treat bacterial infection first if there is no velvet present.

This is the post about mixing antibiotic with copper. Post #7 @Humblefish had a good explain. You maybe can mix antibiotics with copper but need to watch for bacteria bloom. You need to provide extra O2 exchange in the QT (putting powerhead and pointing them to the surface ). Ideally I would suggest you take the copper out (large WC in several days) and start antibiotic.

Prazipro is a deworm med. Can't do anything when bacteria infection.

The good news is that Metroplex is your friend in the battle against both bacteria and Uronema. The bad news is that Uronema is a tough bugger to get under control.

I'd recommend starting with an Acriflavin bath, and following up with the "trifecta" that Coweyes298 mentioned.

Good thing the other 3 fish in the HOspital tank are doing well. I keep having to change the water due to ammonia being high. The tank has been running for about two months.

I will try to get my hands on all those meds. Thanks everyone
