Identify fungus

Can someone please tell me what this is. It is a mix of white and green. And looks like little fuzz all around my heater, it is only in this one spot.

Pics are always hard to use for identification but it could just be calcium precipitation. It's attracted to the heat and attaches. I have a heater that's just caked on the outside from when I used to use kalk. If you touch it does it blow away easy like a find dust, or is it hardened?

It comes off very easily, it has a sponge like texture as well.
