Looks like a form of bristle worm.

So are these good guys or bad guys?

Says they eat a variety of things like tube worms and other small creatures in our reefs...i dont think id want him..

Thanks guys! I think KJ nailed it, one of my smaller hermit crabs went Mia from his shell before I pulled him out.
