This may be a silly question but does reef crystals go bad? I was going to buy 2-3 boxes of salt which would take me quite a while to use. Just don’t want to buy all this salt and have it go bad

I think the only think that could make it go bad is if it got wet, or something spilled/contaminated it.

Just grabbed 2 buckets of reef crystals from Petco. Between the 20% off with vital care, 10% off for $50+ when buying online and pickup in store, and $5 in rewards, it was only $27.50/bucket. Not bad at all. Still had a bucket and a half at home, plus a whole bucket of the blue bucket red sea salt, but with all the tanks I'm working on, can't have too much
