Is it a flat worm

Hi all
I'v started seeing a few of these in a fishless tank I have
There's a load of baby's and a few adults in
I'm pretty sure there flat worms but what type ... Should I be nukeing the tank or just add a worm eating wrasse

Yes but type I'm not sure of.

It looks almost exactly like sphaeromatid isopod, except I don’t see eyes and the red part on the hind end is odd. Definitely not a flatworm though. https://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/isopod-sphaeromatid/
