i have ben told that my watermelon zoas morphed in to kalideascopes. is this true? if not WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY NOW???

Thats really cool with the green mouth. I have a couple that did that but not to the extent yours have. Very neat.
 
this happened when i put in new(same kind) halides in and they closed up for like 2 weeks wile the bulb burned in then started opening with a green mouth. at first the mouth was like a highliter yellow(wish it still was) then turned this neat green.

they are eagle eyes, just reacting really well to the new bulbs,

so what bulbs?
 
i had them for 1 month under compacts at first then put them in the new tank under 15k halides for the last 3 months high in the tank prior to bulb change. month befor bulb change i put then a few inches lower and they stayed that color. changed bulbs and they closed wile the bulb burned in. there is just a few of the polyps left that are unchanged in the colony.
i picked these out of a frag tank and the person i got them from said they where always like the first pic. so i dont think they are eagle eyes, can you post a pic of some egle eyes?

they dont look the same i think. mine were more green on the edge and a lighter purple in the center
