Is this cyano?

This is my build - have brown powdery algae on my rocks and a little forwards the bottom of my back panel which I assume are diatomes.

Have some bright green patches starting to get slowly grow over them.
Is this cyano?

Also, what are the tiny white/purple spots asserting to form on my highest rock?

Should I leave it for now or try manually remove the patches?

You can try to remove it by hand or add more CUC.

Yeah, green in pic looks more like cyano sheeting without the growth structures expected with GHA. Syphon it off and check water parameters imho
