Is this flatworm an issue?

He was originally about an inch long, but half of his tail detached when I pulled him out of my tank. Nuvo 25 gal, zoa garden, anacropora, stylophora, blastos, torch, hammers, frilly mushroom, one clown, one longnose hawkfish. Two part question: is this a nudi or a flatworm? Is it going to affect anything in my tank? Thanks in advance!
