I have had this hammer for 3 days. he was extended but now he is sucked in and not out like he was. I don’t know if he is okay and was wondering what to do.

any thoughts?

It's normal for them too pull in when lights go out ..or when they inflate or deflate with water ..
Can you give more info over your tank ..
How old ..
Tank params ..
Are your other corals doing good ..
What kind of light and flow do you have it in ..
Full tank pic if possible ..

Yeah, the tank is about a year old. The other corals are doing great. Nitrate and phosphospate both 0 and cal 410 alk 7 and mag 1390

I have a lot of flow around 25 tank turnover per hour and kessil 380 on all blue and around 15% white

Hammers respond to light, feeding and water movement. They do best in moderate light and flow with feeding 2X per week. Obviously water quality is essential.
