I placed an order with you roughly 3 weeks ago. After placing the order, I was informed that a few of the items were out of stock, but were due to arrive by the end of that week and will be sent out as soon as they arrive. I patiently waited a total of 10 days before trying to contact you about the missing items and zero updates about my order. After a number of emails being sent, I still have not received a reply.
I need an order update or a refund for the items plus the extra cost of shipping that I had paid due to the added items since you do not have a flat rate shipping method.
