Hi guys!
I have a 6 month old frag tank that i have some corals in while I am waiting for the main tank to be completed which will be in a few months. Its just that at night i notice some of my aussie scolys and some other lps have white stringy stuff coming out of their skin. During the daytime, they look more or less normal again.
I dont know whats causing it. Any help would be appreciated.
The rest of my LPS and soft corals are all totally fine and doing well.
Tank parameters are all okay since I did an ICP test 2 weeks ago.
Salinity 1.025
PH 8.3
Calcium 440
Alk 7
Mag 1400
I drip kalkwasser into the tank to maintain the levels.
I also dose Reef Energy daily and Reef Roids 4x a week.
Ill attach a pic that i took with my phone so forgive the quality. I used a flashlight since it really only comes out at night.
