JBJ Chiller help

I have a JBJ 1/10 chiller I’m plumbing into the tank. The current plan is to have the return pump in the sump push the water onto the chiller and then have the output on the chiller return the water to the DT.
We have a custom lid so there isn’t a place to fit a HOB return hose. This is my first time using a chiller so I want to make sure I’m not about to mess my whole system up. Will this continue to push the water through it even when it’s not having to chill the water or will it cut off and no water will be returned to the DT?

I tried calling BRS but the guy on the phone wasn’t very helpful

cant swear about the 1/10...but my 1/4 has constant flow through it and i just have it plumbed into my return hose like you want to do...the cooling shuts on and off not the water flow...you can talk to someone at JBJ at 310 672 0480...i leave it on all winter just in case the heater sticks on...
