picked up a DP-4 doser. anybody have the the pumps start to squeak really loud after only 2 weeks or so?

I have had them for a month and hasn't happened to me yet.

i'm dosing alk & calc. through 2 heads and they are fine. i was using another head as an ATO and that's the pump that was starting to squeak loud. dosing 80ML 16 times day through it. not sure if it's because of that. bought it off amazon so they're just sending me a new one.

Mine squeek some...it's the motor losing traction with the pump. Make sure your pumps are calibrated and it should be more or less accounted for. But I would make note of your calibration numbers so you can notice any significant changes. That may indicate failure. I'm figuring that one of my pumps will need to be replaced this year.
