Hi everyone! I was wondering since I am sure you are all busy with the swap details...maybe it would help if I hosted the July meeting at my house. My schedule is wide open, so let me know.

Im not sure what the plan was? I would say we need to plan it for the end of july, so we can have most of the frag swap stuff in order.

Julie, suggest a date and everybody will chip in for who can come. I guess Sundays are better since some members work on Saturday?

sorry, I have been busy...Ryan had ACL surgery last week and I haven't checked the forum lately. Yes, we can have it here on the 26th if that works for everyone, if not, maybe the first Sunday in August.

I forgot I've got vacation so I won't be there. I'm leaving on the 25th and getting back on the 1st or 2nd. I guess aug 8th would be too late since the swap is the next week.

Everything is ok with the church and they are not worried about getting the money emergently.

Brandon is out of town I believe this weekend and I havent seen any other response so lets put a hold for now julie till we get some participation. I hate for you to organize something when we dont have interest.

Susan ive been calling you and leaving voicemails for days? do you check your phone! LOL! some of us met and went over most of the organization stuff. I do need to talk to you however if you will answer your phone about stuff on your end. At this point we just need for anyone that can to come friday night to help setup and saturday morning.
