I am away from home and the wife is watching over the tank when I get a photo in text saying I think it's dieing. So that got my attention and looked at the photos and I have no idea what is going on with my Hammer corals if anyone knows what this is please tell me the only thing I found online is it's forming a new head.

I see it now. It’s hard to make out but looks to be right around the mouth. Cant make out what’s goin on tho
