Kenya tree bubble (wierd)

So first if all, is this a Kenya tree??, I brought it for it's florescent feature which is not as much as advertised, I have had it since march/April then it grown this bubble? , In recent days I'm trying to frag my mushrooms then I get this wierd behaviour,
Are my mushroom releasing toxic stuff whilst I push the feet/foot off, that's all that's changed in my aquriam

Sometimes they do this and detach to float a baby off itself

Thank you, yes I found it... Still inflated at bottom of my aquarium so I put in a basket with frag plugs, in a very low flow area and it attached itself to plug it was like a balloon , but on the bottom of my aquarium...very weird
but I'm always learning
