Kessil 360 WE

I have a Kessil 360 WE that I have on a simple lamp timer that just switches power on and off. This morning the lamp did not fire so I took it to my shop blew the dust off and tried to re fire the light. It flashed for a second and went off. Any suggestions or people I could contact to trouble shoot the light?

I've heard of Kessil sending out a unit to use while they trouble shoot the one you send them. Not sure how common this is though.

How old is the 360? Any chance you have another one? To try swapping power supplies to rule that out at least.
