The setup video I followed is in this thread, another BRS video.
basically, I run a ramp up where intensity = violet and color and red equal each other, and one fifth of violet and intensity.
example:
8am. Intensity 1 violet 1 color 0 red 0 green 0
9am. Intensity 25 violet 25 color 5 red 5 green 0
11am intensity 50 violet 50 color 10 red 10 green 0
1pm intensity 100 violet 100 color 20 red 20 green 0
3pm same as above
5pm start ramping down
8pm pretty low
8:45 0 across the board
im using a spectral controller like the video above, which is different than the screen you have, but should have the channels I listed above

I have tried many different spectrums with these lights. I have found this one to work well for me. Lights are almost off right now but here’s what the ramp down spectrum looks like.
It really makes the corals pop!
