Sorry for the dumb question. I still don't know exactly how the ramp up/intensity schedule works on the controller. So let's say I have:

9AM - 10% intensity
12PM - 70%
18PM - 0%

Does that mean at 9AM, the light will turn on at 10% intensity and goes slowly up to 70% at 12PM, then ramps down to 0% at 18PM?

What light and controller do you have? I would think it would show you a graph of the points showing how it ramps up and down. That is how it works with the WiFi dongle that I have hooked up to my A360X lights.

You basically need a begging point, one or more middle points, the max point, and the end point that way you can have it ramp up and down. The main thing is that the more points you have, the more you can smooth out the ramp up, and even have periods that are stable at whatever max intensity for a few hours before ramping back down.

Here is how mine is setup.

Just noticed it doesn't show the "blue color" level, only the color levels for purple, red, and green along with intensity (the "sun symbol"). So for the levels of blue at each point are in order from the first point at 7am to the last point at 22:15pm, it is as follows: 0, 15, 30, 30, 30, 30, 20, 15, 0

@El_Guapo13 Thank you. That is a nice controller. Mine is the Spectral which only has 6 time points, so I can't smooth out the curve like you said...

Does it not give you an option to add points?
Also, mine only has so many points because I added a few due to my having recently changed my settings to how it currently is. I increased intensity from what I had previously as well as chnaged the color settings, so I added points to gradually adjust my coral to the newer settings without causing too much shock and stress.

So you probably can get something similar with just six points.

Like this (blue color set to 0, 15, 30, 30, 15, 0):
