Well my tank has a high level of Alkalinity and fair level of calcium and I don't know what the problem could be any ideas?
Alkalinity:13 drops
Calcium:450
PH:8.4

ALk is a tad high its nothing to worry to much about, as the system will lower that quite quickly.
But, it may stem from your salt mix, as there are a few that mix out with higher numbers than others.
