Korean angel fish

Pur Korean angel had a couple white dots on his fins we assumed it was ich. We just got him like 3 days ago. We started treating for ich. In 24 hours he went from few white dots on fins to COVERED in white dots, we can't tell if it's velvet or ich. If it's Velvet how do we treat it?

Need to get him to a QT asap and use coppersafe or copper power

The pictures are not clear enough for a diagnosis, but based on your description, this is most likely ich.
What are you treating with so far?

Your two best choices are hyposalinity or coppersafe, but neither of those can be done with invertebrates in the tank with the fish.
