say i'm using a meanwell apc-35-350 to run two bridgelux vero 18 d cobs. if i was to step up to a apc-35-700 or a apc-35-1050 what would i gain? the watts seem to stay the same, does it bring the lumans are the par up? i have read till my eyes hurt and haven't found the answer. thanks in advance.

First, it looks like none of the other drivers have enough voltage to run 2 in series..so there is that.

.350 x 60 = 21W..
.700 x 61 = 42.7.. Bigger than the driver is capable of..

The 35W is max wattage of the driver ..doesn't mean its the wattage of your array..

ok when i get home i'll set down and do my math. what i'm trying to do is build my shop lights. the ones i have built so far are running a old driver nl50w-hv350 45w i have two vero 18's on each driver but can't seem to find more of these drivers or something that matches it. i took someones word on the meanwell driver and hadn't looked at the math. on the other question, i'm still trying to learn this stuff, not easy for a old bull worker and the amp part i think i know but not sure.

There are multiple ways to look at this..

Like instead of 1 AC/DC driver for 2 (or more depending on driver) you could do
1 dc/dc driver plus a matching power supply (36V)..Meanwell LDD-HW's are easy.

Back to using 1 driver for 2 veros in series..

i got to set down and look at the charts and i see the 700 and 1050 will only carry one each but the 500 will carry two and the 350 will carry three. so on these i see the higher amps the less the voltage.

W = V * A........
Say driver is rated at 35W max as the mA increase max voltage decreases.
Min voltage anomily is the issue here.
