LED comparison

I saw no fixtures on reef breeders besides that big box one

Ocean revive arctic so26....... mine are in a canopy 7" off the water. Look good but would be better if I didn't have a center brace.

Yea but how am I supposed to get these in my canopy while still having room to work on the tank it's a canopy for a 55 which means it's 12" wide there's no way I can have this in there and still have room to work on my tank

the top of my canopy is hinged and I mounted them to the top so when I open the top they come up with it. I ll post a pic when I get home tomorrow. I contacted ocean revive and they said an inch clearance between the fans and top was good so I have spacers holding them down. The lights I have put off no heat what so ever and that was my only concern. I've had them mounted for six days and my corals are putting off colors that I've never saw on them before.

Mine isn't hinged. I have no other way of getting in the tank with these kind of lights unfortunately. I was thinking with going with the dsuny full spectrum 48" I contacted someone on here who has them and they say they're happy with them

Anyone know anything about the current USA orbit marine fixtures? The price is good and they're fully programmable but they don't specify what kind of LEDs (1w vs 3w) or if they are full spectrum or not they just say twice the spectrum

I bought the dsuny full spectrum manual dimmable from amazon. Great price super fast shipping looks good but still cycling tank just set up. Pic of full spectrum

but I need to hang them still

I'm getting the dsuny full spectrum with controller for Christmas... Pretty excited and I see more and more people popping up with them

Still cycling but I did hang the light and got rid of the dead spot I had can't wait until it's done and I can get a cleanup crew and then keep it growing

They look really good makes me excited for mine are you running them at full power?

Nice. When I get mine I'm gonna post before and after pics as well as growth pics of my corals later on.

And here are my new dsuny LEDs powered at 50% white 100% blue. The spectrum is gorgeous.

Will update with growth pictures as time goes on

Well it's only been like 2 weeks but some of my xenias and gsp have grown a lot since. Will post pics when there's more to show

I've also had a cyano outbreak as well which may or may not be related to lighting
