LED Light colour percentage programming

I've recently got the Orbit Marice IC LED light fixture. I was wondering what the programme timing should be and what the best WRGB lighting percentages should be for the sunset/sunrise, day and night modes? I will be getting soft corals for my tank.
Also, how long should the lights be on for, including the sunset and sunrise?
