Hate to be negative and I've sent an email about the problem, but my fish showed up today at 63.5 F. I'm not sure why an icepack was in the box when it's in the 70s in CA and 70s here in FL. One of the five are dead, two of the others aren't really moving. Immediately temp acclimating trying to save the ones that are alive. Recommend someone take a look into the decision making of icepacks when it's in the 70s. As soon as I touched one of the bags it felt very cold.

This was the icepack the fish shipped with, with outdoor temps in the 70s.

We are sorry for the loss. We do appreciate the feedback and temperature reading. We will be sure to pass this along to the appropriate personnel. If you haven't already done so, please contact one of our agents at 1-800-334-3699. Thank you.

So someone from Live Aquaria called me and has made things right. That level of customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Mistakes happen, but it's the fix that makes the difference.

Thank you for the great customer support.
