I believe I've got pretty bad Dino's so trying my best to ID them. Here's take two on a video, the last one didn't have much movement

 
So if it's a large and small cell amphidinium - how do you treat it?
Sadly, you picked the wrong dinos to have. Large cell defend themselves and their territory very well. It can take a very long time. They don't tend to leave the substrate and find their way to a UV.

There are a few approaches like the Elegance Coral method, but these can be damaging to coral. Dino-X also carries significant risk. (And I don't like that no one can tell me what the ingredients are.)

The standard treatment protocol is to increase microorganism competition, starting with diatoms. You dose silicates (Sponge Excel) to fire them up. Also, introduce some live mud, sand, rock. The moral of the story is that your system is missing competitors.
