The rocks in this tank have a diverse assemblage of algae and bacteria that I have trouble identifying other than the obvious ones. It just went through a treatment for red/green cyano that was on the rocks and sand. The picture below is of one rock--any idea what is all on here and a potential source? Some corals in the tank have begun to die off including a large wall hammer colony and a duncan. Phosphates are near zero, nitrates usually around 20 or less, salinity, pH etc. all in order. The lighting is 4 cheap marineland LED strips. Not really sure what is most likely harming the corals. There is bubble algae all in the overflows and a bunch of other nuisances. I guess i'm just looking for a broad range of possibilities as there are many variables. Thank you for your time

I would hazard to guess it was a water quality issue and swings in chemistry. Did you use an air stone when you treated with the Chemi-clean?
Looks like you're typical bacterial/algae bio-film. A Chiton, Urchin or numerous numbers snail types would eat that up in a week or so.
You're LPS look to be thriving but I would definitely try to upgrade your lighting and acclimate the corals to any upgrade in lighting slowly.

We did use an airstone, yes. This is a friends tank. I appreciate your input and will definitely pass it along.
