I look for some gloves that have a some more dexterity. I have these but they are pretty thick and tough to use for fine motor things. I saw some post about nitrile gloves with some links for disposable ones. Look like they need to be powder free. I was hoping for a reusable option. Does any one have a link? Are these reef safe?

Won’t the ones you linked be too small, the water would fill them and your arm would still be in the water, no reason for gloves then.

I have only found thick arm length gloves, I just remove any rock I’m working on out of the water, I think doing most things in the water, even with thin gloves is next to impossible anyway.

I have been using these for over a year. They're thick but still give you pretty good dexterity. I could grab small stuff like frag disks with them. Just don't get water inside them.
