Has anyone out there had problems with RedSea support ? I set up a RedSea max260 e , happy with everything except the skimmer pump, it is loud , I have tried to reduce the noise, even lined the cabinet with sound proofing ! I have had very little support off Red Sea, has anyone got any suggestions??

I have no experience with Red Sea but have you taken the pump a part to see if anything is broken or loose?
Thanks for the reply, no I have not taken it apart, but I have taken the pump out to check, it looks ok, the skimmer is working , I am happy with that, the tank is upstairs , but downstairs in the room below there is a constant humming, the other pumps are quiet.
