Hey there, my foxface was looking great for the first two weeks in the tank and then the past couple days has started to have white dots on it. Does this seem like ick? Fish is eating and swimming actively still

Looks like ich to me
Hyposalinity works as a treatment if there are no inverts or coral in the tank, otherwise the best treatment is copper in qt + a fallow period.

I was preparing for the worst, I guess I will have to remove all my fish even if they look fine and move to a QT for how long? I know the tank has to be fallow for a longer time right?

This is Cryptocaryon which is marine ich and You will need to place fish in Quarantine tank and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.25-2.5 For a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.

Generally at normal temps, the minimum fallow is 60 days - always good to go a bit longer to play it safe though.
