Lyretail Anthias

Hi folks, I have a male and 2 female Lyretail Anthias in qt, just got them a couple days ago. seem to be eating well for just 2 days in the tank.
I have read that I need to give them vitamin C, can anyone elaborate on this.
is it for the picky ones that don't seem to want to eat?
is it a mandatory kinda thing for Anthias in general?

As long as you are feeding them appropriate foods, vitamin c is not necessary. Some folks do soak foods in a vitamin supplements, but I have never observed any obvious benefits to that practice.
