Looks like an ulcer or injury with bacterial infection
Best recourse is to place in a quarantine setting and treat with seachem neoplex or Maracyn 2
Assure you’re providing good water quality and diet
This is Not a fish that will thrive on pellet and flake foods
It needs blends like rods original diet, LRS herbivore diet, Hikari angel formula, mysis shrimp, spirulina brine shrimp and small plankton

Needs more than mysis

he is not eating now anything else
before i bought it they say it was eating pallets
maybe now on stress that's why

These little tank raised angels need to be fed 4x a day at least. Don't let food go uneaten, but feed it small amounts very frequently. You may need to dice the mysids up into smaller pieces.

I see a few spots that I can't rule out as being ich - you'll want to watch those.

I see something in the last video - looks like internal Uronema. It is a nasty protozoan that lives in fish muscle tissue and by the time the lesion erupts on the skin, it is too late . I can’t be 100% certain that is it, but fairly likely.
The bad news is there is no cure I know of for the internal version. The “good” news is it is not highly contagious.
Sorry for your loss!
