Turned my actinics on to do some night fragging for a swap and spent the next 25 minutes recording this dance. I'm sooooo happy my mandarins are so happy. Lol awesome!
The link is a minute vid. On my channel there is another minute vid as well as a 7 min vid if your interrested. Sry its dark but I was not gonna disturb them. :)

I have a pair of Red Scooter Blennies that do the same. I've watched them every night I'm home and never get tired of it.

Nice, how long have you had them for? Did you get them at the same time? I've had my male mandarin for about 1.5 yrs. I added a female mandarin a few days ago. They swim by each other with no interest as of now. Just glad that she's active and eating all day long. Took me forever to find a female the right size

I got the original pair about 8 months ago. The female ate regularly and has been healthy all along. My original male refused to eat and died about 2 weeks after. Then about 5 months ago I got the second male. He was a bit thin when I got him but not horrible. He also got thinner. And wouldn't eat anything that did not sit right in front of his face and wiggle. So after a bit I got upset. Thought he would die to. I thought about throwing him in my pod filled fuge but couldnt do it. I started shutting all my pumps down twice a week and feeding large and baby brine as well as blackworms. I leave the pumps off for 1/2 hour. he started to thicken back up. Still not great but not deathly anymore. The two I have now ignore each other most of the time. But they do and have slept side by side on my sand since the new male arrived. And this vid was the first time I've seen them do this. :)
