Mars aqua cable management.

Looking for suggestions on managing the mars aqua cables so they don’t look so ugly. See pic below for my setup.

You could mount a power-strip on the wall behind the tank and make a box covered with stretched fabric/canvas to cover it and run the cables into that with notches out of the box

So I will be adding 2 surge bars behind the tank for all my equipment. Not able to picture what you are talking about. Do you have a picture of something similar?
 
Not sure how to describe it..... A shadow-box hung backwards..... or an acoustic bass trap.
 
What I did with mine was to splice the 2 wires into one. That way you only have 1 plug for each light instead of 2. I then ran the remaining 2 wires inside of a plastic wire conduit. Kept them nice, compact, and neat.
 
I would fish the wires through your dry wall down to outlet. Plenty of YouTube videos show how to it,it’s not that bad
