Maxspect Gyre flow

Hey everyone question about flow. I have a Red Sea reefer 425 with 2 maxspect gyre. I just got 2 hammer corals what’s the best setting to run? Help would be appreciated

Again, I want to make it clear I don't know the answer. I feel like the people who do are going to want to know the model gyre you are using as well as tank placement and probably a few more things. Just trying to help you out so when they do show up you are covered. I'm sure the thread bumps don't hurt either.
