My brother/SIL and kids (from Colorado) will be in town, but I'm planning on coming anyway. Just won't be able to stay very long. I'll bring cole slaw and chips. Might bring my son along, but not entirely sure yet. He's only 11 and not a big eater yet though he loves seeing the fish....

So we have David, Brandon & susan (pulling away from out of town family) & son. I don't have a lot of fish but he is more than welcome to come - My BBQ will make a big eater out of him!!

It looks like this weekend isn't do great after all. Susan I hate to think you are gonna miss out on family from out of town. What do ya'll think??? Should we plan for another weekend?? If so I can drive down sat or sunday and meet everyone for the frag racks. Just let me know what ya'll think

Wow! Not a big turn out of members! Is everybody OOT? I'm okwith whatever. Patrick, did the fragrack guy send you extra magnets for me? Did that work out?

Yes he was gonna send the magnets - I hope to get the order in tomorrow. I will post to confirm everything showed up ok.

Summer is always a hard time to have a meeting. I will wait to make the call until tonight but it looks to me like we need to reschedule.

I would like to have it on a day when I can come, Ashleys birthday is saturday so I cant come then. and the following saturday im leaving for destin and will still be there the following saturday, so my saturdays are pretty well zapped this month. Oh well

Since there aren't many people that can make it this weekend I am going to cancel the meeting and try to reschedule. The only weekend I am not busy this month is saturday the 28th. So we will try again that weekend. I hope more people will be able to make that weekend. I know Dave has a rough schedule so I hope that will work for him.

I will try to meet up with everyone on saturday somewhere around the chattanooga area for the frag racks. Tommy what hospital is your wife gonna be at?? Susan if we can meet up I will bring you a check for the church and sign/fill out any paperwork needed.

For those that wanted to come from out of town I hope you will be able to make the meeting on it's new date. Same goes for any new folks that were gonna try and come.

my wife will be at erlanger, they moved her surgery up to thursday so i may be able to come and meet you somewhere saturday ill be a little crazy by then after being at the hospital for three days so ill be ready for a little break.

OK. I'll do whatever. The check needs to be made out to Ooltewah United Methodist Church ($175). I've done the paperwork, so nothing to do there.

its the only day I can get away without the kids, plus I wont be in town otherwise, but dont plan around dave or me, we dont count to anyone. Hey dave lets have our own meeting! Infact lets start our own club!
