wow lol. Thanks Scouncil. Either of those dates works fine for me as well. Car shows are always on saturdays, so I will definitely be able to make it unless something crazy comes up this time!

Yes the tank is still running.Most everything is doing pretty well. I had a rough patch about 6 months or so ago and lost some acans and micros. But not all!! The kids are doing well Just making our lives very busy. Between work, school, church, household/yard stuff, chickens, garden etc......we are pretty busy. Sorry I haven't been around much. Just not enough hours in the day! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Yes it is a Remington 700 .308... it's my old mans. He does some competition shooting
It's a nail driver.It is definitely at the range lol. I only shoot the Ruger 22 at the house.

Ok, We will plan to have the meeting Sunday May 30th at 2pm. I will plan to grill stuff. So if people want to bring chips, potatoe salad, cole slaw, Cokes, and deserts. Please post if you can make it, how many mouths you will be bringing with you to eat, and what you can bring from the list.
We will also be placing a Drs foster and smith group order that can be picked up at this meeting, PLease check out the thread marked May Group order and get your stuff ordered.

.308 rocks!!! I bet it does drive 'em home!! My boss just had a AR-15 made in .308! It is a bad machine - rock island armory made it for him. I can't wait to shoot it!

I'll plan on making it to this one. 2 mouths to feed, and we'll bring some drinks (Coke, 7up, and, Dr. Pepper ok with you guys?).

No need to worry, I will probably just show up to this one to talk about reefs and see the tank...and eat of course. I believe I will be able to make it but don't hold me to it just yet.

That sounds stinkin awesome lol! I've never shot one of those but I've held a few and they give me that shiver down the spine feeling when I initially cradle it into my shoulder. Yeah the .308 pounds 'em pretty good. My girlfriend (all 125 pounds of her) can, and has, shot a 1" spread at 100 yards through five rounds. It's got a Leupold scope so it's pretty much child's play for anything under 400 yards.
i will do my best to make it.
I will be there....don't know what I will bring yet. Will watch and see what is needed as we get closer.
If it looks like we will shoot after I will definitely bring my .45 and 9mm.
